We are currently looking for a Maintenance Analyst to join our team, in either our Calgary or Field Offices.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for or assist with the following duties but not be limited to:

  • Report to the Lead Maintenance Analyst
  • Develop and maintain a detailed maintenance schedule (i.e. preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance tasks) while coordinating with the appropriate stake holders to prioritize scheduling of maintenance work
  • Create, track, review, and manage work orders in the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) as required
  • Monitor and analyze maintenance data to identify trends, performance metrics, and areas for improvement
  • Generate reports on maintenance activities, including schedule compliance, work order completion rates, and equipment downtime
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve maintenance scheduling and efficiency
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for maintenance scheduling inquiries
  • Deliver training programs to maintenance personnel on the use of the CMMS as well as provide ongoing support to users
  • Identify opportunities to optimize maintenance schedules and reduce downtime, while implementing best practices and industry standards
  • Participate in all areas of improvement initiatives related to planning, scheduling and computerised maintenance management systems

Experience Requirements

The successful candidate needs to have experience in the following areas in order to be qualified for this role:

  • Advanced degree/certification(s) in technical and/or maintenance related discipline preferred.
  • 5 Years experience in a plant or other related industry would be an asset.
  • 3 Years experience as a maintenance/planner or other related position would be an asset.
  • Knowledge of maintenance management systems and/or best practices would be an asset.
  • Knowledge of Alberta/BC compliance standards and regulations would be an asset.
  • Proficient computer skills are necessary with knowledge of CMMS systems, MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (i.e. Excel, Power BI)
  • Certification in maintenance and reliability would be an asset
