Mr. Rose has been the Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Tourmaline since he founded the Company in August 2008. Prior thereto, he was Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Duvernay Oil Corp. (“Duvernay“), a publicly traded oil and gas company (2004-2008). Mr. Rose has more than 38 years of experience in the oil and gas industry and held various exploration and production positions including managing exploration and petroleum engineering research for a large E&P company before founding Berkley Petroleum Corp. (“Berkley“) in 1993. After the sale of Berkley in 2001, Mr. Rose founded Duvernay, which was sold in August 2008 for $5.9 billion.

Mr. Rose was educated at Queen’s University, graduating with an honours degree in Geology. He is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta and the Canadian Society of Petroleum Geologists. Among other awards, Mr. Rose is the recipient of the Stanley Slipper Gold Medal from the Canadian Society of Petroleum Geologists (2009).

Mr. Kirker has been the Chief Legal Officer, External Affairs since March 2022. Prior thereto, he was the Secretary and General Counsel of Tourmaline Oil Corp. since 2008.  Prior thereto, he was the Manager, Corporate Affairs at Duvernay Oil Corp., until its acquisition in 2008 for $5.9 billion.  Mr. Kirker has practiced law for more than 30 years in various capacities.

Mr. Kirker holds a Bachelor of Arts degree and a Masters of Science in Psychology, both from the University of Calgary, as well as a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Alberta.

Ms. Aspin joined Tourmaline Oil Corp. in 2009 and was appointed Vice President, Marketing in September 2017.  Prior to joining Tourmaline, Ms. Aspin was a member of the Marketing team at Duvernay Oil Corp. from 2004 until its acquisition in 2008.

Ms. Aspin holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Saskatchewan.

Mr. Bush has been the Vice President, Corporate Affairs of Tourmaline Oil Corp. since December 2023. Prior thereto, he served as the Chief Operating Officer of Tourmaline since 2014 and Vice President, Production of Tourmaline since 2013. Prior to 2013, he served as Completions and Operations Engineering Manager of Tourmaline since 2009.  Mr. Bush served as Completions and Operations Engineering Manager of Duvernay Oil Corp. until its acquisition in 2008.

Mr. Bush holds a Bachelors degree in Mining Engineering from Montana College of Mineral Science and Technology, Butte Montana.

Mr. Karpoff has served as Vice President, Land of Tourmaline Oil Corp. since November 2025.  Prior thereto, he was Manager, Mineral Land and Joint Ventures since October 2021, and a Senior Landman at Tourmaline since May 2013. Prior to joining Tourmaline, Mr. Karpoff held roles at NuVista Energy Ltd and Talisman Energy Inc.  

Mr. Karpoff holds Bachelor of Commerce (Petroleum Land Management) degree from the Haskayne School of Business at the University of Calgary.

Mr. Ockenden joined Tourmaline Oil Corp. in 2021 and was appointed Vice President, Midstream in 2025. Prior to this appointment, he held the role of Manager, Midstream Business at Tourmaline.  Mr. Ockenden has more than 20 years of oil and gas experience and has held senior and executive roles in both E&P and midstream businesses. 

Mr. Ockenden is a Professional Licensee (Engineering) with APEGA and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the Royal Roads University.
